David is a Chartered Engineer and a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development.
He is passionate about building highly-engaged organisations and he decided to move his career into human resources and organisational development. He has held executive and board-level HR roles in international businesses such as Carlsberg and Norbert Dentressangle (now XPO Logistics).
Since early 2017 he has been Group Organisational Development Director with Total Produce plc, a global €6 billion fresh food business. In this role he reports to the group CEO and is responsible for global people strategy, organisation design, succession planning and talent development.
