Bruce Morton, HROA Thought Leader of the Year 2014, talks about the shift in the way organisations are thinking about talent. He also speaks about the process of talent acquisition and its evolution; moving away from finding talent through job descriptions.  The thought leader, who specialises in employee engagement, recruitment training and resourcing also predicts that organisations will increasingly use “the work itself to decide on what is the best form of employee or contractor or statement of work etc to do that, based on data.”
