In this age of disruption, automation, and rapid change within organisations, HR functions are struggling to keep up. Therefore, HR leaders are under intensified pressure to design and deliver outstanding experiences throughout the employee life cycle, to engage with individuals in a meaningful way, both personally and digitally, ultimately fostering an employee-centric approach.

A positive employee experience has numerous benefits, such as increased retention, attracting high-quality employees, building trust in the company, and even enhancing the customer experience. Organisations are now required to shift from a purely transactional HR model to one that prioritises interactions and fuels business agility. HR leaders need to create a new people-focused design for the HR function.
