DE&I and the Empathetic Workplace: What’s going to work in 2023?

Throughout 2023, DE&I and Empathy will continue to be a huge and pressing priority for organisations as they improve their efforts in building company culture and long-term business success. However, cultivating a diverse, inclusive, engaged, and productive workforce in our newer hybrid world will test senior HR leaders. HR teams must effectively establish and execute DE&I principles to serve the needs of staff, create a compassionate environment and bolster strong people management.

There is no quick fix to solving DE&I issues, organisations must go one step further and develop tangible solutions to executing long-term DE&I programmes that spark positive change. This will be even more vital during 2023, as employees navigate adversity, unprecedented macro trends or personal issues. Join this virtual roundtable to revise and review your 2023 DE&I strategies and understand how to foster a more holistic and empathetic workplace.

This virtual roundtable will explore:

  • Challenges to embedding DE&I measures into companies at scale.
  • Solutions to building a practical long-term DE&I strategy.
  • How will DE&I and the Empathetic Workplace go hand in hand for 2023?
  • How to push open communication and establish manager and co-worker relationships that centre around empathy?
  • Success stories once DE&I and empathy goals, initiatives, and plans have been implemented.

We are thrilled to announce that this session will be moderated by Shola Kaye, D.E.I, Inclusive Leadership & Communication Speaker at Shola Kaye.

Join us on Tuesday 14th February 2PM GMT/9AM EST for an hour and a half of collaboration and insights. If you are interested, make sure you register your free roundtable place here.
