    Businesses responded to the COVID-19 outbreak in varying ways, with some better equipped to switch to remote work, while others focused on ways to unlock alternative revenue streams as a means of survival. Leaders are now sharing their responses in the wake of the pandemic, providing insight into a global disaster which continues dominate the collective psyche. We often derive inspiration from the strategies of sports teams, with this in mind we spoke with Jake Lush McCrum, CEO of Indian Premier League cricket team, The Rajasthan Royals.
