At the HRD Summit UK event, we were lucky enough to talk to David Roycroft Director at What If?! Innovation, and Michelle Blayney, Chief Culture & talent Officer at Lloyd’s banking group. In this exclusive interview, they discussed the term behavioural movement, and what impact this can have on an organisation in productivity and culture. They also discussed the importance of transformation for organisations and what challenges this may bring. In the world of HR, David also commented on the importance of experimenting and testing new things out in order to innovate and create a process that works for the ever-changing workforce.
