Shereen Daniels, Head of HR at Caffe Nero spoke at the recent HRD Summit about purposeful leadership and the important creating a sense of belonging for your people to be able to work in an environment which allows them to thrive in.

Daniels wants employees to feel empowered and urges them to bring their quirks and foibles into the workplace and very much believes that we should be bringing our entire selves to work.
