Enabling ‘life balance’ and family-friendly environments to boost support and engagement
Today, leaders are increasingly looking to hybrid models of working, finding an equitable split between remote and office, and professionals in all sectors expect more flexibility and support. People are thinking differently about work, including a greater focus on care duties, wellbeing, and life balance.

Of those with an adult care responsibility, three quarters would need to consider their eldercare options before progressing their career.
