We know that your people are your greatest asset, and they should know too. Taking action to invest in the right tech for your employees will work wonders on employee engagement. 94% of employees would stay at a company if they felt it invested in them.
But ensuring that your employees are happy is easier said than done. You might think that you can spot a disengaged employee a mile off, but it’s trickier than it seems. Choosing tech that can automate manual processes (such as adjusting pay calculations or totaling annual leave allowance) will be a life-saver for your employees. Plus, it reduces the risk of human error and increases your compliance for peace of mind.
