At the HRD Summit UK event this year, HRD Connect exclusively spoke to David Sheerman, Wellbeing Consultant, Lifeworks. In this interview, he discusses the importance and benefits that making wellbeing a priority can bring to a business. With 1 in 6 people in the workplace struggling with stress on a weekly basis, David also shares his advice about what companies can do to further support their workforce with a wellbeing strategy, and how investing time and resources into this can improve productivity and engagement.
