Shaun Davis, Global Director, Royal Mail

In this week's podcast we were joined by Dr Shaun Davis, Global Director of Safety, Health, Wellbeing & Sustainability at Royal Mail. He addressed mental health and what employees can do to tackle this difficult issue.

In this episode of the HRD Live Podcast, Louron Pratt speaks to Shaun Davis from Royal Mail.

Louron and Shaun discuss the importance of addressing the topic of mental health, how awareness of this topic has developed, and what more can be done to transform attitudes towards mental health in the workplace.

Shaun also discusses the biggest misconceptions of mental health, including men’s mental health, and how much of an impact financial wellbeing can have on mental health.

Shaun is a business strategist and director of change management with a record of significant success in driving behavioural and cultural change across several thousand employees and multiple facilities. He is also a mentor and coach to senior management teams, producing unprecedented results in a climate of resistance, with low levels of staff attrition throughout his entire career.
