Maintaining connectivity between leaders and teams, employees and their coworkers, will prove crucial in doing so. Championing mental health, creating structures of support and stability for every worker, and keeping trust at the heart of every new development will be the top priorities for HR leaders with the future of their businesses at front of mind.

He serves as a senior advisor for the West Virginia University Masters of Human Resource programme and the HRD Summit US Conference. Chuck has also been a featured speaker and facilitator at multiple gatherings such as Leap HR, Ethics & Compliance Officers Association (ECOA) and Accenture Leadership.
