We had the pleasure of speaking to Jane Sendell, VP Global Organisation Development, Warner Brothers. In this interview at HRD Summit, she gave us a summary of what she talked about in her session. As well as giving us an insight into the importance of learning & development programs at Warner Brothers. Jane Sendell has had vast experience in the talent acquisition sector, she shared her thoughts on how fast this is changing, and what business leaders can do to learn from this. She also discusses the best practices to connect global talent.
