It will build on the impressive track record of the HRD portfolio of global events, which for the past 17 years has hosted the most senior gathering of HR leaders from all industry sectors, and has just been announced as the winner of Best Conference of the Year (under 1,500 delegates) at the Conference Awards 2018.

“Contentive has created strong B2B communities in Europe by successfully marrying content, events, and technology information. I’m honored to keynote their first U.S. event, which will further extend and expand their strong HR community,” said Josh Bersin, independent analyst and founder of Bersin ™ by Deloitte.
The US launch will see HRD’s winning formula of innovative session formats such as the tried and tested lightning talks, fireside chats and CoLabs bring fresh ideas to the North American market with high level speakers already confirmed, including Chuck Edward, Head of Global Talent Acquisition for Microsoft and Dr. Robert Hogan, International Authority on Leadership and Co-founder of Hogan Assessment Systems.
In addition, the prestigious HRD Global Advisory board comprised of international luminaries from some major global brands will steer the content. This will ensure valuable messages and key takeaways will benefit all who participate in the debates over both days surrounding themes such as ‘Cultivating a Growth Mindset’, ‘Curating a Culture of Innovation’ and ‘Creating an Employee’s Career Journey’.
“Following the successes of our HRD events in UK and Europe, I’m delighted to continue our journey in the US and to build our global community of senior HR leaders responsible for the future of workforce across the world,” says Sandeep Saujani, CEO of HRD and Contentive Limited.
The HRD Summit/US is expected to attract more than 350 senior HR professionals from global organisations across a variety of industry sectors ranging from manufacturing and automotive through to pharmaceuticals and retail.
