Schneider Electric’s 2025 people strategy has two key targets – first, is their people DNA and the employee experience that is added on to the employee value proposition. Each employee experience plays into the aspect of people data. Second, is how they intend to drive this cultural leadership transformation. 

As a result of the post-pandemic transformation programme, it is noticeably evident that change management acts as a bolt-on to the programme in terms of how the company carries out the communication and the training for change. The mission is to enable the HR community and business leaders to free up their energy. 

Dan Hutchinson is the Vice President of HR for UK and Ireland at Schneider Electric. He has a track record of driving transformation in complex international environments, across energy, manufacturing, retail, and business process outsourcing sectors. He has led major transformational programs, including building the HRSS organisation and leading People Analytics at Schneider Electric.
