Previously, Paulo was the Chief People Officer at Galp, a globally integrated energy company, supporting its transition into renewables and new business models.
Paulo has been involved in a number of transformational initiatives such as the opening of a new chapter for the Singularity University, the global expansion of Stir Education and Teach for All, and the development of The House of Beautiful Business, a global platform to make business more human.
