by Darwin | Whitepaper

Did you know that 78% of EMEA employees’ state that benefits impact their feelings of loyalty towards their employer?

However as our recent research and whitepaper ‘Giving employees a voice on global benefits’ revealed, employees’ voice on benefits is sometimes too easy to forget, but it can make a huge difference to the effectiveness of your programme.

We condensed our key findings into a brand new infographic revealing what employees in EMEA are crying out for – and why you should be listening. These include:

  • 1 in 4 employees in EMEA do not feel valued as a direct result of the benefits they are offered
  • 29% think their workplace has a negative impact on their wellbeing
  • 43% don’t have a pot of money to spend as they see fit on their wellbeing, but want it
