Promoting diversity, equity and inclusion (DE&I) in the workplace has come to the forefront of company objectives for the last 18 months. With enabling technology widely at our disposal, we are now able to examine the ways in which technology can help organizations reach their DE&I objectives, both mitigating bias and actively promoting diversity. Technology has enormous potential to improve outcomes through benchmarking diversity and inclusion, minimizing bias and expanding talent pools. However, while it can be an effective enabler for DE&I efforts, it can only be successful when we, as leaders, build a culture where a diverse workforce can take root and thrive. How can DE&I efforts of the future be shaped by human-centric approaches supported by technology tools? How can we use technology to improve diversity in the workplace to help meet organizational goals?

Join this interactive roundtable where we will discuss how to plan and prioritize using technology to meet company DE&I goals and sustain a diverse workplace. We will explore:

– How to change the status quo to build a more diverse, equitable and inclusive workforce?

– How will the future of this technology change?

– What are the biggest obstacles in applying technology to DE&I goals?

– Which trends are catalysts for this change and adoption?
