Digital Incubator: How Human Centred Leaders can transform Business Culture

Human centred leaders prioritise their people and culture. Self-aware leaders who speak with openness and integrity win the trust of employees, customers, and stakeholders.
HR and people leaders are critical within business to drive change and transformation. They know the importance of building better relationships with their business leaders and teams and the importance of leading people in a VUCA (volatile, uncertain, complex, and ambiguous) environment.

• How can you bring focus and clarity to your business to engage and excite others?
• How can you learn to drive transformation and change within your role as an HR or people leader?
• How can you build better relationships with your people and teams to drive success?

In this interactive workshop you will:
• Learn skills and tips to discover your unique point of view and leadership story.

The approach is designed to increase engagement and connection for everybody in the organisation through the strategic narrative.

Through constructive conversation, guided by subject-matter experts, you will find the outcomes you are looking for.
