HRD Network roundtable: Employee Engagement through Leadership-Driven Communication Strategies

As businesses evolve, people leaders are becoming laser-focused on ensuring their communication strategies are effective and in sync with the company’s objectives. But with the sheer volume of information available, there’s a fine line between overcommunication and not enough communication and finding the balance between these two extremes is where leadership play a critical role.

What steps can HR professionals take to encourage leadership participation and investment in communication processes, and what metrics can be used to measure the success of these efforts? How can HR professionals incorporate deeper analytics into their communication strategies to gain better insight into employee behaviour and preferences? During this virtual roundtable, we’ll discuss these questions, along with how to effectively incorporate communication strategies that positively impact employee engagement, retention, and productivity.

This virtual roundtable will:

  • Explore how to effectively communicate the importance of communication strategies to leadership teams.
  • Discuss how to support leaders to align their messages with company objectives.
  • Explore how to balance effective communication with the risk of overcommunication, and ensure employees receive necessary information without feeling overwhelmed.
  • Tackle how to create a feedback loop to improve communication strategies for evolving employee and leadership needs.
  • Understand the steps that can be taken to balance the advantages of automating simple communication tasks while retaining a human touch.

We hope to see you join us on Tuesday 4th May 3pm BST onwards, secure your spot on the session by registering here.
