Change agents
Achieving such a large-scale change initiative is no mean feat, requiring careful management and an overarching focus on organisational design (OD). The choice of approach to unlocking the change in culture has been key to its successes to date. Enabling each leader, in particular the transformation team, to become change agents for the cultural shift the organisation wanted to see was pivotal.
