Lesley Swarbrick, HR Director at Time Inc. talks to HRD Connect about the importance of organisational development (OD) and tells us why it's a subject that she is so passionate about and how leaders should be embracing new knowledge to lead in new and unpredictable climates.

Achieving such a large-scale change initiative is no mean feat, requiring careful management and an overarching focus on organisational design (OD). The choice of approach to unlocking the change in culture has been key to its successes to date.
