Are you ready for digital transformation? Take the survey here.

The importance of digital transformation cannot be underestimated, and it won’t happen simply by investing in the latest technology. Nor can it be achieved by outsourcing the effort to a third party. The effort to change a business and bring turn it into a lean, sustainable and agile organisation equipped to face the challenges of the future requires a holistic approach.

However, for many businesses that presents a challenge. For instance, many businesses may use older systems that are unfit for the job, while many will have a single ‘IT persona’ dedicated to technology.

To understand what businesses are currently doing and what they feel they need to do in order to achieve true transformation, we have teamed up with Arch Apprentices to run a short survey, which you can take here.

All survey participants will be entered into a prize draw to win one of five tickets to the forthcoming HRD Summit and L&D Summit (worth £1,195) to hear speakers, including thought leader Josh Bersin.
