In an era where engaging employees can often be a more challenging task than ever before, this presents a major problem for the HR function. In order to overcome the abrupt changes we’re currently facing in the world of work, now is the time for HR leaders to truly grasp the concept of employee engagement and implement it with conviction and intent. In this session, we explore one possibility of explaining the mechanisms of engagement, and the potential to created a unified definition of it.
