HRD Network Roundtable: Optimising the power of employee experience: The guide to a mature approach

A diverse range of variables may influence how your organisation approaches employee experience – sector, strategy, culture and operational model all play a part. However, despite the diversity of these influencing factors, the same core elements underpin how organisations successfully define and deliver an effective employee experience – one built on the needs of the organisation, the work, and, of course, the people.

Research for the book Employee Experience by Design – How to Create an Effective EX for Competitive Advantage (by Belinda Gannaway and Emma Bridger) defines these elements as: mindset, focus, involvement and impact. This addresses how you think and talk about EX; how you set, prioritise and deliver on EX goals; who is involved; and how you measure and evaluate impact. The combination of capability and practice in each of these areas reflect how mature an organisation’s approach is to employee experience.

Join this virtual roundtable as we explore how to understand the maturity of your employee experience approach and how to identify unique steps you can take to build the effectiveness of your bespoke approach.

This virtual roundtable will explore how to understand the maturity of your employee experience approach, in order to:
• Inform your strategic employee experience decisions
• Build a stronger case for prioritising employee experience
• Create a coalition to enhance employee experience across the organisation
• Demonstrate the ROI from employee experience

Meet the moderator:

  • Belinda Gannaway, Director of Strategy – Culture Change at Fathom XP

We hope to see you join us on Thursday 20th April 2pm-3pm BST, secure your spot on the session by registering here.
