Kate Griffiths-Lambeth joined Charles Stanley as Group HR Director in May 2016 and was appointed to the Executive Committee in March the following year and is the Company’s first female executive. Kate is a lawyer by initial training, and was formerly a derivatives dealer before choosing to transfer into HR.
