Talent comes first this week, as SHL partner with IBM to improve talent assessments, Jobvite reinvigorate its suite of HR products, Kununu lend a hand to job seekers, and more.

So, what’s been happening?

Key Players Announcements:

  • SHL has announced a partnership with IBM to provide leading talent assessments to businesses around the world. Both SHL and IBM will offer a transition path for Kenexa Assessment clients. SHL will also provide IBM Kenexa Assessment test materials, in addition to SHL’s entire talent assessments portfolio, through its Talent Central platform (via PR Newswire).
  • Cornerstone OnDemand has acquired Clustree, a French technology company that developed an AI-powered skills engine and extensive skills ontology. Over the next year, Cornerstone plans to integrate the Clustree’s skills engine and skills ontology into its portfolio of products that make up Cornerstone’s holistic People Development solution (via HR Technologist).

  • WorkJam has announced a partnership with Scraffic in order to deliver the industry’s most advanced digital workplace with real-time customer traffic data. The partnership provides companies with the tools to create and manage tasks, communication, training, and more (via PR Web).
  • Jobvite has announced the launch of an innovative data science strategy to power its suite of HR products. This move will ensure hiring teams are served the best-fit candidates while eliminating wasted time for both recruiters and candidates (via HR Technologist).
  • Kununu has announced the release of its Culture Compass feature, designed to help job seekers better identify and match a company’s culture with their next career opportunity. The Culture Compass allows job seekers to determine if the culture of a potential employer meets their expectations (via HR Technologist).
