  • Cornerstone OnDemand has announced a partnership with Facebook’s Oculus to accelerate the role of virtual reality in training and developing the global workforce. According to the partnership, Cornerstone will be working with Oculus for Business to allow shared clients to build apps that can seamlessly track VR training completion data directly within the Cornerstone Learning Management System (via MarTech Series).
  • DailyPay has announced a partnership with the Kronos Workforce Dimensions Technology Partner Network. The network is a fast-evolving ecosystem of organisations utilizing the unique Workforce Dimensions solution and intelligent Kronos D5 platform to help reshape the future of workforce management (via HR Technologist).
  • Visier has announced a formal partnership with The Josh Bersin Academy to assist HR professionals across all functions to harness the power of people analytics to better inform decision making and strategy. The People Analytics program is comprised of five field manuals: The Analytics Revolution, Creative Questions, Meaningful Data, Insightful Analysis, and Persuasive Communications (via PR Web).

  • Workday has announced the acquisition of sourcing solutions provider Scout RFP for $540 million. Workday’s cloud-based ERP technology is designed especially for finance, HR and workforce management, while allowing users to create and manage plans, forecasts, payroll, invoices and other business processes (via Supply Chain Dive).
  • Paycor has announced a new service integration into its Applicant Tracking Solution (ATS) called Candidate Texting, which enables instant communication with candidates through text messaging. Candidate Texting manages the recruitment process by connecting businesses with available talent faster than email or voicemail, and improves the candidate experience by using today’s workforce’s preferred method of communication (via HR Technologist).
  • Culture Amp has announced the launch of its Diversity and Inclusion Starter Kit, which is the only product of its kind freely available for organisations to build a more inclusive workplace. It is a collection of tools to help companies navigate the process of building a holistic diversity and inclusion program (via Business Wire).
