We’ve all heard the buzzwords around creating workplace culture, from holistic approaches to purpose-driven organisations, and the rest.

The question is – how can People Leaders create a culture that goes beyond the surface, and creates genuine impact, movement, and passion among their workforces?

Who better to answer that question than Georgiana de Noronha, President Northern Europe, Kraft Heinz. Georgiana, or Jojo, as you’ll hear her referred to in this episode, has led an inspiring path through her organisation, learning from her predecessors and taking her initiatives to a deeper level. At the time of recording, Georgiana occupied the position of Head of People and Performance EMEA, but has since ascended to the role of President Northern Europe, as a result of the incredible work she has done in transforming the culture of Kraft Heinz.

You’ll hear about that journey, some of the remarkable culture initiatives Georgiana has brought into being, the passion and drive behind the decisions she has made, the effect her work has had on her workforce, and much more, in this week’s episode of the HRD Live Podcast.
