Erica Keswin, author of the best-selling 'Bring Your Human to Work' and founder of The Spaghetti Project, joins HRD Live ahead of her appearance at the HRD Summit EU 2019.
In this episode of the HRD Live Podcast, Michael Hocking speaks to Erica Keswin, Author, Workplace Strategist and Founder of The Spaghetti Project, ahead of her keynote presentation at this year’s HRD Summit EU, taking place at the RAI Amsterdam, June 19th-20th.
Michael and Erica discuss Erica’s best-selling book, Bring Your Human to Work, the importance of striking the right balance between tech reliance and human interaction in the workplace, the future of work, and the productive power of sharing a meal with your colleagues.
The Spaghetti Project is inspired by a 2015 Cornell study showing that firemen who eat together perform far better in their roles. The project is named after the firemen’s choice of meal, and is a platform for sharing the science and stories of human connections with global brands, communities, teams, and individuals.
