This could have an impact post positively and negatively. It’s important for HR leaders to grasp this opportunity and communicate this with their colleagues, and discuss the perks of this new digital world.

But another aspect of AI is learning and improving as it develops. In the following years, we could see revolutionary changes in the way we learn, through automation and personalisation, which can only be seen as a huge positive going forward to accommodate for the ever-widening skill gap. However, with the positives, there does come along implications and challenges in adopting this culture and convincing a workforce that this is more of an opportunity rather than a threat.
