With Brexit talks continuing to be a large issue that has yet to be tackled in the UK, and with current deals falling apart, we discussed with a number of HR leaders how much of an impact the final Brexit decision will have on their role.
Many points were discussed throughout these discussions, however, it was apparent that gaining, and growing talent for their respective companies may become increasingly difficult as this develops, as well as many other obstacles that they will now have to tackle as we close in on a final outcome.
