Metlife has appointed a new Global Employee Benefits Head
MetLife has appointed VP, James Reid, as the head of Global Employee Benefits. Reid will be responsible for increasing GEB’s growth by partnering with MetLife’s regional offices with reputed financial institutions and global employee benefit brokers and consultants. Reid will also be in charge of selecting critical growth initiatives for the company.
Reid has more than 25 years of experience in health and employee benefits, and P&L ownership. He has held several leadership roles at MetLife’s US Group Benefits organisation. Prior to becoming VP, Reid spearheaded Metlife’s Regional and Small Business Solutions.
Duncan & Toplis employs new HR Chief for Accountants
Duncan & Toplis has appointed Heidi Thompson as its new HR director and she will be responsible for heading HR services across Duncan & Toplis entire group of companies. Prior to joining Duncan & Toplis, Thompson consulted for various businesses across the private and public sector.
Managing Director of Duncan & Toplis, Adrian Reynolds, spoke about Thompson’s appointment and said “She really impressed us with her ideas and vision for how we as a business can keep improving our HR service for the benefit of our customers. I’m confident that she’ll make an immediate impression.”
