In today’s competitive market talent alone is not enough. So, what is the secret ingredient to Building a Winning Culture? We are delighted to have one of England’s leading sports coaches and notable business leaders, Sir Clive Woodward speak as the centrepiece of the evening. His talk on “Building Winning Culture” will draw on his experiences as one of the most successful sports coaches turned business leaders of all time. Sir Clive was the Head Coach of the England Rugby team that won the World Cup in 2003 as well as Director of Sport for Team GB at the London 2012 Olympics. His business career includes founding, and acting as chairman of, Hive Learning, a technology business focused on culture building. His techniques and insights for creating high performing cultures has been recognised across the world.

Afterwards there will be an opportunity for Q&A on what makes a winning culture, followed by drinks, canapes and the opportunity to network with other C-suite leaders, CEOs and leaders in HR and Culture. This event is hosted by Blenheim Chalcot, the UK’s biggest Venture Builder and some of its portfolio companies who are currently expanding rapidly in the US including Hive Learning, Avado Learning, Salary Finance and Contentive. As you can imagine spaces are limited, if you have a senior colleague with a passion or priority on culture building who would like to attend, please let us know and we may be able to accommodate.
