The Talent Report 2020

by HRD Summit | Talent

Now more than ever, organisations are using technology to empower and arm themselves against the unpredictable and disruptive force of Covid-19. In these uncertain times the pandemic has left organisations questioning how this shift will not only affect their business continuity but also internal and external growth opportunities.

We recently surveyed our vast audience of global HR Directors to ask their thoughts on all things relating to their talent function. When asked what they saw be a main challenge within their talent functions across the next 12 months, 57% of respondents answered, ‘talent development’.

From these results we were able to produce a comprehensive industry report, which we hope readers will be able to identify with the challenges raised. We are pleased to have Dave Ulrich, HRD Thought Leader, as a contributor to some of the learnings from this report.

We are giving readers exclusive access to an advance copy of the report.
