Building a resilient organization that is shockproof, adaptive, elastic, agile and future focused starts with creating a culture of mindfulness, well-being, growth, and continuous learning. UNDP is helping countries to urgently and effectively respond to COVID-19 as part of its mission to eradicate poverty, reduce inequalities and mange crises and shocks. We are committed to provide our employees with what they need to be in the best physical and emotional health as we all work on this humanitarian and development crisis. But times of crisis also provide opportunities for transformation. We will share good practices and innovation development solutions to ensure UNDP remains resilient in the face of rapid change and disruption.
