How has data revolutionized the HR function this week? SAP teamed up with Censia to empower HR decision makers, LinkedIn joined forces with Oracle and Taleo to take on hiring, Docebo made learning easy for businesses, and more.

Key Players Announcements:

  • SAP has announced the launch of Censia Talent Intelligence Platform with American talent intelligence provider Censia. Censia Talent Intelligence Platform integrates with SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting to assist HR in making data-focused decisions, such as recognizing prospective hires and promotions (via Inside SAP).
  • LinkedIn is combining Recruiter System Connect with Oracle HCM Cloud and Taleo Enterprise Edition, as well as made its applicant tracking system. The aim of the integration is to make the hiring process for Oracle and ICIMS customers more comprehensible, while providing insights into their applicants (via HR Dive).
  • Oracle has announced a chain of enhancements to its cloud-based ERP systems to innovate the ERP market. The enhancements are aimed at human resources, oil and gas, higher education and student finance (via Toolbox).

More HRD Tech News

  • Docebo has launched Docebo Content. It is available within the Docebo Learning Platform, and aims to eliminate the need for third-party integrations or licences by providing a complete course catalogue of off-the-shelf and mobile-ready e-learning courses (via Yahoo! Finance).
  • JobAdx has made accessible its direct-to-recruiter Self-Serve Platform, which will enable employers to improve their recruitment marketing strategies, and study job seeker behaviour. By creating a campaign and setting a budget, recruiters can let the platform take over the process of distributing jobs, budget management and applicant behaviour learning, based on their history (via HR Technologist).
  • Accenture has collaborated with Utah-based experience management company Qualtrics to personalize employee engagement. Qualtrics EmployeeXM will integrate Accenture’s Intelligent Enterprise Talent and HR Solutions, and will be delivered through Accenture myConcerto (via Aithority).

New HR Tech Spotlight

  • Darwinbox has raised $15mn during fund raising effort while its launch of a useful cloud-based framework for human resources management which can easily be adapted by companies. The platform can be applied directly from the recruitment stage till the employee leaves the organization (via TechCrunch).
