Collaboration increases the speed of industry transformation again this week, as Oracle and Microsoft expand their Cloud partnership, Phenom People announce their partnership with SmartRecruiters, Talemetry join forces with Infor, and more.

  • Oracle and Microsoft have expanded their Cloud partnership. Customers can now access Oracle Cloud Applications through an AI-powered voice experience in Teams (via Sify).
  • Ceridian has announced the acquisition of Australia-based provider of enterprise workforce management solutions Riteq. The deal between the two companies accelerates Ceridian’s momentum in the Australian and New Zealand markets (via Staffing Industry Analysts).
  • Phenom People has announced its partnership with SmartRecruiters. Through this partnership, recruiters and hiring managers at large-scale companies with more than 10,000 employees will now be able to automate and manage the entire talent lifecycle, and provide candidates with a seamless application process (via Globe Newswire).

  • Visier has added new features to its Visier People platform to provide enterprise organizations with insights into their hourly, contract and seasonal workers.   • Talemetry and Infor have announced a strategic partnership between their two flagship HCM solutions. The enterprise recruitment marketing platform from Talemetry has been fully integrated with Infor CloudSuite HCM, offering talent acquisition capabilities designed to expand the reach for talent, create personalized candidate experiences, and increase recruiting efficiencies for enterprise client organizations (via HR Technologist).
  • Beamery has announced the industry’s first Talent Operating System (TOS), a platform that allows enterprises to manage the entire talent journey with one system. The platform centralizes a company’s candidate data, applications and talent operations, and allows recruiters to attract, engage and retain top candidates (via PR Newswire).
