HR Tech becomes a crystal ball for businesses this week, as Culture Amp and Symphony Talent launch an app to predict the future, SmartRecruiters automate recruiting and BQE Software launches a new solution for the day-to-day of workforce administration.

So what’s been happening?

HRD Tech News:

  • Culture Amp and Symphony Talent have launched a suite of analytics tools, which will enable companies to forecast an employee’s future and improve the tracking of recruitment campaigns. The app, Forecast Engine, will use personalized dashboards to consign recommendations to decision-makers at all organizational levels and is designed to forecast employee performance and turnover risk (via HCM Technology Report).
  • SmartRecruiters has announced the release of a new product designed to automate the administrative tasks involved in recruiting. This release will introduce automatic features like interview self-scheduling, auto-triggered candidate assessments and an intuitive application flow (via SmartRecruiters).
  • BQE Software has launched Core HR, a new module of its existing product. Its purpose it to automate the operational tasks involved in workforce administration, and help employers to follow laws and regulations (via HCM Technology Report).
  • ClearSlide has announced an update focused on marketing and sales teams, which will offer AI-powered search, deep analytics, and time-saving automation capabilities. The updated features combined with content management, robust analytics, and automation tools will assist marketing and sales team to engage buyers and provide exceptional customer experience (via Seeking Alpha).
