There are major shifts and new partnerships this week, as Microsoft Teams surpasses SlackSD Worx and Global Payroll strengthen their partnership, TalentQuest and Jobvite join forces, and more.

So what’s been happening?

Key Players Announcements:

  • LinkedIn has added three new features to its Campaign Manager advertising platform, along with an optimized click pricing option. The new features consist of brand awareness campaigns; enhanced website conversion capabilities and ads for LinkedIn Talent Solutions customers (via Martech Today).
  • Microsoft Team has surpassed its closest competitor Slack by crossing 13 million active users per day, as compared to Slack that has 10 million active users per day. Findings have revealed that enterprise businesses that use Office 365 suite prefer using Teams, but smaller companies, or even large ones that depend on Google systems, prefer using Slack (via TheNews).
  • SD Worx and Global Payroll have strengthened their partnership by introducing a new offering: Global People Services. This solution aims to offer an integrated administrative experience across 15 European countries (via SD Worx).

  • AllyO has partnered with talent acquisition solutions provider iCIMS to optimize recruiting processes and improve hiring outcomes. The platform-to-platform collaboration between AllyO and iCIMS Application Tracking System (ATS) will help employers to seamlessly move candidates from sourcing to screening (via Globe Newswire).
  • ThinkHR and Mammoth HR have merged to drive innovation for clients and partners across the country. The combined company will expand its cutting-edge product and services, leverage complementary capabilities and expertise, deliver value to customers via technology and introduce new solutions into the market (via Globe Newswire).
  • TalentQuest and Jobvite have integrated their Jobvite applicant tracking system (ATS) and TalentQuest Assessments to streamline the recruitment and hiring process. The collaboration will enable companies to optimize candidate movement in the recruitment and hiring procedure through the automated launching of a TalentQuest Assessment that is included in the candidate workflow in Jobvite’s ATS (via PRWeb).
