At HRD Summit UK 2019, HRD Connect exclusively spoke to David Green, Executive Director, Insight 222, in this interview David discussed the importance of using people analytics, and how this can increase business performance significantly. In addition to business outcomes and goals analytics and data can also crucially impact a workforce, further developing employees in their skills and career. However a challenge for organisations is to adopt this new age of data and use it well enough to support their challenges.
