Founder of Appical talks about employee productivity, engagement and personalisation

Gerrit Brouwer is an entrepreneur with a diverse background – he has worked in the military, the enterprise world and spent the last 10 years as a startup kick-starter in the digital space.
He founded Appical in 2011 to help organisations with the employee-centric mobile app. The employee pre – and on-boarding company has a mission to improve the new hire experience with the use of mobile technology. Brouwer joined HRD Connect to talk about the importance of on-boarding and socialisation.
