The Digiskills Report: Benchmarking Digital Capability

The Digiskills Report, produced by AVADO, is based on a survey of more than 250 businesses and their digital capabilities. It aims to provide a cross-industry snapshot of current digital capability, providing a benchmark for senior decision makers across all business functions.

The report includes:

  • A definition of what digital literacy is, and an examination of how present digital skills are across organisations
  • An assessment of how well Leadership & Development functions understand the digital capabilities required in modern business
  • An overview of how present organisations are across various digital channels, and how well they use them to communicate with their customer base
  • An assessment of how well digital literacy within organisations correlates to areas such as customer understanding, product development and talent acquisition.
