Capita, one of Britain’s leading specialists in professional and business services outsourcing, has continued to thrive during the pandemic. In its recent half-year results, the London-headquartered company revealed that it won contracts worth £2.6 billion in H1, with revenue up 13% on the previous six months.

Like the vast majority of companies, Capita has absorbed fundamental changes to its working practices during the past 18 months, introducing remote and hybrid working for the vast majority of its staff. However, for the company’s chief people officer, this has represented an enormous opportunity.
