The Challenge

Businesses asked a lot of their leaders over the past few years – to be authentic and vulnerable, cultural models and coaches. Looking ahead at a future that continues to shift, now organisations need leaders that can adapt and be prepared for the ‘Future of Work’, whatever that may look like. How do we develop leaders with innovative and entrepreneurial mindsets? How do we support them to become more comfortable managing shifting goalposts and taking educated risks? Now is the time to invest in leaders and upskill them with the ability to be strategic in the face of uncertainty and to be able to make tough decisions when we don’t know the answers.
