Making strategic decisions with confidence amid chaos – Compass Group
Amid this year’s chaos, the once popular concept of a five-year plan has now been largely abandoned by organizations. What was known in 2019 is not the same in 2020, and consequently, it would be remiss to attempt at looking several years into the future. Despite many businesses being enveloped by disruption and disorder, they still need direction to function and an agreed strategy to succeed.
In the absence of certainty, confidence becomes key – being decisive, accepting that you can’t tackle everything and making choices that matter. This session will explore what it looks like to be confident amid chaos while being unafraid to rethink plans when they are no longer working.
