Matt Gosney is a strategic talent management executive with a background in leading integrated talent strategies. He currently serves as the VP of Organizational Development & Learning for UCHealth, a 25,000 employee academic healthcare system headquartered in Colorado.
His previous employers include Hillcrest Healthcare System, Walmart, and The Hartford. He holds a Doctorate of Education in Human Resources Development from the University of Arkansas, and Masters and Bachelors degrees in Psychology from the University of Central Oklahoma and Brigham Young University, respectively.
