Wendy’s non-executive portfolio includes Advisory Board Chair of Global Diversity Practice and Trustee of the Armed Forces Covenant Fund Trust. Wendy’s career spans public and private sectors, and she has held senior HR / Corporate Services roles at University of East London, Defra, EDF Energy, Standard Chartered Bank and Littlewoods. She was formerly the HR Director for the Olympic Delivery Authority – the organisation responsible for developing and building the new venues and infrastructure for the London 2012 Olympic and Paralympic Games – where she led the HR function for seven years. Wendy is a Chartered Fellow of the CIPD and holds a Masters degree in Employment Strategy She is particularly interested in creating high-performing organisations, diversity/inclusion, organisational change/culture, and employee engagement.
