by Kaplan | Learning & Development

The effect of the COVID-19 pandemic on company culture has been nothing less than explosive.

The near-universal shift to remote or hybrid work threw the role of the office into question, with significant impact to company culture. Even companies with a proven track record are now left to gather the shards of their pre-pandemic cultures and create from them something new.

A recent survey found that nearly a third of employees who left a job within the first three months cited company culture as a contributing factor. One way to rebuild and reinvigorate company culture? Invest in reskilling.

While another survey shows that more than 26% of workers plan to leave their employers after the pandemic — with 80% of these respondents citing concern about career growth.
