76% of people believe their employer should be doing more to protect their mental health.

New workplace dynamics, uncertainty, and pressure due to the pandemic have placed increasing challenges for us all; increasing stress and having an impact on our wellbeing and mental health. In a recent study conducted by Workplace Intelligence & Oracle, 70% of the global workforce have said that 2020 was the most stressful year ever.

And just like COVID-19, the mental health crisis takes on different shapes and sizes across every job, generation, and geography. But one thing is universal: people need more support and they’re turning to their employers for help, as there’s no one-size-fits-all approach to mental health.
