Future of Workplace Survey 2022 - Solving talent shortages with HR investment

by The Access Group | Talent

As the world emerges from the pall of the pandemic, the workplace has changed beyond recognition. For many, the days of office working five days a week are gone and flexible/remote working policies have taken their place. But amid the obvious physical changes which have impacted businesses, a silent revolution has also been happening within the HR function – one that calls for a more sophisticated approach from HR leaders to better understand what staff both want and need.

Employees not only demand flexible working, but also greater wellbeing support to ensure a better work-life balance, alongside opportunities to learn new skills.

To assess how HR departments across industries are approaching these issues, HRD partnered with the Access Group to conduct a survey of 110 HR practitioners. The results of the survey are outlined in the report below.
